Hey there! I'm Raquel, but everyone calls me Rocky. Fitness and nutrition became my passion in high school, starting with running and blossoming into a career. After earning my B.S. in Nutrition/Dietetics from Rutgers, I became a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach.

For over 13 years, I've helped hundreds of amazing clients achieve their fitness goals and become healthier, stronger versions of themselves. But fitness is more than just reps and sets. It's about empowerment.

Finding your groove with exercise and fueling your body with delicious, nourishing food unlocks unstoppable confidence. Building mental resilience goes hand-in-hand with physical strength. That's why I focus on helping clients translate gym gains into real-world strength. It's about owning who you are, not just that hour at the gym.

My Story: I get it. I transformed myself from a shy teen with anxiety and disordered eating to a strong, healthy woman who loves her body. I've run marathons, competed in bodybuilding, and even achieved my PNBA pro card. My passion is helping other women embrace their bodies and feel amazing.

My Expertise: I specialize in weight loss, glute building, functional bodybuilding, creative workouts, and yoga/mobility training. To further empower my clients, I'm pursuing a Master's in Integrative and Functional Nutrition. This holistic approach goes beyond symptoms, identifying the root cause of health issues. By understanding your unique diet, lifestyle, and genes, I create personalized nutrition plans for optimal health and well-being.
