Back, Bis, & Booty (30-Min At-Home Friendly Workout)
This might be my favorite workout combo! I love training back and glutes together because working these two large muscle groups simultaneously burns a ton of calories in a short period of time AND there are so many fun moves you can do that work the posterior chain. I'll be using kettlebells for most of these moves, but you can easily swap them out for dumbbells if you prefer.

Circuit 1: 2 rounds
Romanian Deadlift (RDL) x 20
Bent Over Row x 15
Goblet Squat Curl + Reverse Lunge x 20
Circuit 2: 2 rounds
Bridged Pullover x 15
Russian KB Swing x 30
Side Lunge Switch x 30
Bent Over Back Flyes x 30
Circuit 3: 2 rounds
Staggered Deadlift + SA Row (R) x 12
Jumping Curtsy Lunges x 45s
Staggered Deadlift + SA Row (L) x 12
Criss Cross Pop Squat + Sumo Jump Squat x 45s
Finisher: 2 rounds - 50s on/10s rest
Deadlift Squat Clean
V Sit + Bicep Curl
