35-Min Full Body HIIT (At-Home Friendly)

Get ready for a fun and sweaty Full Body HIIT session! This workout is all about efficient, full-body compound movements that will have you working multiple muscle groups at once—perfect for getting in a solid workout when you’re pressed for time. Plus, you’ll challenge your coordination and balance along the way!

Grab your dumbbells or kettlebell, and let’s crush this together! 💪🔥

Equipment Needed:

  • Medium-Heavy Dumbbells and/or Kettlebells (I’m using a 30-lb kettlebell and a pair of 20-lb dumbbells)

  • Yoga Mat

WORKOUT DEETS 👇

📝 Format:

  • 3 Circuits (5 exercises per circuit)

  • Timed Intervals (40 seconds of work, 20 seconds rest)

  • Repeat Each Circuit x2 Sets

Warm Up

Circuit 1 (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)

  • Side Lunge + Press (R)

  • Side Lunge + Press (L)

  • Plank Row + Side Plank Press

  • RDL + High Pull

  • Squat Thruster + Twist

Circuit 2 (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)

  • Skullcrusher + Chest Fly

  • Lunge + Front Raise (R)

  • Lunge + Front Raise (L)

  • Narrow + Wide Row

  • Curl + Lateral Raise

Circuit 3 (40s work + 20s rest x2 rounds)

  • Squat + Snatch

  • Tricep Press + Balance (R)

  • Tricep Press + Balance (L)

  • X-Crunch

  • Double Burpee
