40-Min Full Body HIIT Circuit

  • Medium weights (dumbbells, kettlebells, etc.)

  • Water (you will need it…trust me 🥵)

Workout Deets 👇

Warm Up: 1 x 30s each move

  • Squat + Crunch

  • Straight Leg Toe Reaches

  • BW Deadlift + Squat

  • Lateral Lunge (R)

  • Lateral Lunge (L)

  • Lunge & Reach

  • Squat Arm Circles

  • High Plank Rocks

Full Body HIIT Circuit: 2 x 45s on // 15s rest

  1. Sumo Squat + Bicep Curl

  2. RDL + Suitcase Squat

  3. Goblet Squat + Curtsy Lunge (R)

  4. Goblet Squat + Curtsy Lunge (L)

  5. Glute Bridge Chest Press

  6. Kneeling Overhead Tricep Extension

  7. Weighted Sit Ups

  8. Hollow Hold + Knee Tuck

  9. Cross Body Crunches

  10. Superman Push Ups

  11. Single Arm Squat Pulse Thruster (R)

  12. Single Arm Squat Pulse Thruster (L)

  13. Reverse Lunge + Row (R)

  14. Split Squats (R)

  15. Reverse Lunge + Row (L)

  16. Split Squats (L)
